History
  The Transition

In July of 2001, The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) acquired Trans World Marketing to spearhead their in-store marketing initiatives. Trans World Marketing operated as part of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup for three years, providing clients with retail marketing thought leadership, design and manufacturing as part of WorldGroup’s global agency network. In 2004, Cavaluzzi re-acquired Trans World Marketing and returned the company to its privately held status.

Key to the company’s long-term success is a dedication to exceptional design and high-quality production, as well as a strong belief in a business culture where people and talent are the most valued assets. Trans World Marketing was among the first in the industry to institute computer-aided design and manufacturing processes, and was an innovator in the introduction of interactive electronics into the p-o-p marketplace. As a testament to this commitment, the Point-of-Purchase Advertising International has recognized Trans World Marketing with six Display-of-the-Year Awards, and over two hundred Outstanding Merchandising Achievement awards. The company has been awarded 27 U.S. patents.
